Rick Hitzemann

Rick Hitzemann is an experienced senior leader with more than 25 years of project management, corporate IT, and consulting experience. He recently served as program adviser to Tacoma Public Utilities on its transformational $85 million advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) program, where he established a program governance structure and program management office. He also served as project manager for the business transformation and organizational change management (OCM) workstream. Rick is a highly effective planner, strong communicator, and relationship builder with broad project management, technical, business operations, and management expertise.
