Judith Schwartz, founder of To the Point, examined six utilities and their marketplace offerings. She assessed each marketplace in terms of the products and services offered and how they’re marketed or positioned. She also made observations around user experience. The six utilities were FirstEnergy, Dominion Energy, PG&E, FPL, SRP, and ComEd. This is the first phase of two focused on gaining insights into utility marketplaces.
