Dave Perotti is the CEO of E Source. He has extensive experience leading management teams and companies to grow and scale their respective companies to provide increased value to clients and shareholders. Dave’s experience throughout his career has been at the nexus of B2B service, technology, and data. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as chairman of the E Source board since 2019 and as an operating partner for Align Capital Partners. Previous roles include CEO of eRecruit, a high-growth private equity–backed software-as-a-service (SaaS) company; several senior roles at Electronic Data Systems, including as a member of the Global Operating Committee; and various other management and board of director roles.

Jeremy leads E Source’s consulting practice, focusing on creating capabilities and business development in customer engagement, smart infrastructure, utility operations, and enterprise performance management. He previously led the go-to-market for West Monroe’s Energy & Utility practice and founded the firm’s Clean Energy & Infrastructure Investment Advisory team for the private equity industry. Before West Monroe, he managed the Energy & Utility Advisory practice at PA Consulting, partnering with utilities and the investment community. Jeremy also served as Global Head of Distributed Energy for Black & Veatch, overseeing power distribution, distributed generation, and emerging grid technologies, building on his experience leading multiple global business lines for Black & Veatch Management Consulting.

Filomena (Fil) Gogel has helped Fortune 500 companies achieve top-quartile results in key customer and financial measures. Her experience includes operational turnarounds, large-scale outsourcing engagements, and tier-one consulting work. She has a proven record of enhancing efficiency, reducing cost, and increasing profitability in both the utility and healthcare sectors. She excels in aligning organizational objectives with employee skills and motivations to drive sustainable growth and success. With a unique blend of operational expertise and leadership acumen, Fil is dedicated to delivering solutions that drive measurable results for E Source clients. This, along with her passion for creating a customer-centric and employee-empowered culture, has driven her career success.

Tom Martin is the vice president of commercialization for E Source Data Science. He’s a key partner to E Source clients in demonstrating how data science solutions can help solve their challenges. Prior to this role, Tom served as managing director of Data Science at TROVE, and he led the implementation of new technology and analytics at PG&E to reduce the company’s operational costs, improve safety, and increase grid reliability.

Dr. Adam Stotz is the chief technology officer at E Source, where he directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of the company’s product technology infrastructure. He’s obsessed with making data useful by incorporating predictive data science into his leadership. Before joining E Source, Adam was a principal research scientist at CUBRC, a leading data science research and development firm, where his team delivered predictive-analytics solutions for the US defense and intelligence communities.

Marnie Urbach, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has more than 20 years of experience leading human resource teams at growth organizations. Throughout her career she has supported businesses in all essential HR functions, including benefits, recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and more. She has played an instrumental role in post-acquisition HR integration activities. Marnie joined E Source in 2021 and previous roles include human resources director with The Stepping Stones Group, Tecomet, Inc., and VisionTEK.

Jonathan Willcox, CPA, is the chief financial officer. As an active member of the Buffalo startup community, he has been a judge for Ignite Buffalo, an organizer for Techstars’ Buffalo Startup Weekend, and an adviser to startups and seed funds. Jonathan serves as the board treasurer of Westminster Economic Development Initiative, board treasurer of Field and Fork Network, and board member of Niagara University Accounting Advisory Board. He’s the former chair of the New York State Society of CPAs Buffalo Chapter Technology Committee.
