He’s focused on making messages clear and using writing to educate other professionals. Before joining E Source, Andy was an acquisitions editor for a bicycling book publisher and a production editor in scholarly publishing. He holds a BS in technical and scientific communication from James Madison University and an MS in technical communication from Colorado State University.
