As a Senior Research Analyst, Chris Peters provides data and research to help utilities with contact center operations, the customer experience, and marketing and communications. As part of his role, he writes reports, offers data-backed answers to inquiries, and hosts webinars and live presentations for E Source customers.
Before joining E Source, Chris worked for a software-as-a-service platform where he created a help center and tutorial videos and provided in-app guidance to ensure a smooth customer experience. Chris has also worked in a contact center, with a focus on credit and collections. Chris received his MS in cellular biology from the University of Connecticut.
