Elizabeth Vamos provides organizations with research-based learning and developmental strategies, focusing on organizational change management (OCM) and continual process improvement by applying structured methodologies and data analyses to solve complex problems and providing tactical support around achieving organizational objectives. At E Source, she’s the lead OCM expert in deploying advanced metering infrastructure at water municipalities. Elizabeth has more than seven years of experience as an industrial organizational (I/O) practitioner, specializing in OCM. Previously, she was the change management lead at Duke Energy. She earned a master’s in I/O psychology from the University of Georgia and a bachelor’s in psychology and women’s studies from Florida State University.
