Marianne McElroy is passionate about making critical utility services accessible and affordable, and she’s committed to helping individuals develop into the professionals that the industry needs. As the vice president of Customer Engagement Solutions at E Source, she leads a team of experts who specialize in delivering customer energy and experience solutions.
Prior to joining E Source, Marianne worked for a community action program and a utility for more than a decade. In these roles, she used continuous improvement principles and organizational change management best practices to improve customer value and decrease operational waste. Marianne holds a BA in Latin American studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in economics from Oregon State University.
