Sarah Naugle is an experienced product strategist with nearly a decade of experience in the tech industry, including five years specializing in the energy sector. Sarah has directed product portfolio strategy for software implementing EV, demand-side management, and energy efficiency programs. Her work has centered on delivering scalable, impactful solutions that are both customer-centric and technically feasible while navigating ambiguous customer needs and competing internal priorities. She has extensive experience managing complex products in fast-paced environments and aligning cross-functional teams around key, common deliverables. Her career has focused on empowering teams and facilitating effective organizational leadership to achieve large-scale, transformative outcomes.

In addition to her expertise in product strategy, Sarah’s background includes product and content marketing, project management, and corporate strategy. She has developed deep expertise in implementing the product development life cycle and agile frameworks.

Sarah joins E Source as a Product Strategist Manager for the Demand-Side Management Service and will be leading the data tools team.

Sarah earned a BA in literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
