Kyle Rodriguez uses customer data and feedback to help utilities improve their customer experience, customer care operations, and digital experiences. He writes reports; provides one-on-one guidance to utility members; and assists in events like leadership councils, web conferences, and peer sharing calls. Previously Kyle worked for the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) implementing state policies and regional programs for agencies including municipalities, regional committee boards, schools, and local community groups. As a program manager for WRCOG’s energy and environmental department, he lead and grew environmental programs that helped local governments comply with state and federal environmental laws and regulations. Kyle received his BA in environmental studies from California State University–San Bernardino.
