Kyle Rodriguez specializes in researching utility advertisements, campaigns, and social media. He advises utility clients on enhancing customer engagement using data and feedback. His work includes writing reports such as the monthly review of the top performing social media posts, guiding clients through advisory calls, speaking at the E Source Marketing and Communications Clubs, and assisting with events like leadership councils, webinars, and industry conferences. Kyle also researches clean transportation for utility clients interested in fleet electrification and offers advisory services, including participating in group advisory calls or hosting E Source Fleet Clubs.

Previously, Kyle worked for the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) where he implemented state policies and regional programs for various agencies, including municipalities, regional committees, schools, and local community groups. As a program manager and Clean Cities Coordinator in WRCOG’s energy and environmental department, he led the development of award-winning environmental and community engagement programs that helped local governments meet state and federal environmental laws and regulations.

Kyle received his BA in environmental studies from California State University–San Bernardino. Additionally, Kyle is a Certified Professional Life Coach, accredited by the Certified Life Coach Institute.
