The E Source Utility Marketing Survey is a pair of online surveys focusing on residential and business marketing. The survey gathered data from utilities about the strategies, budgets, and metrics their marketing teams used to plan and deliver campaigns. Our insights and analysis helped utilities improve the effectiveness of their marketing efforts to better reach residential and business customers.

In 2024, we’re offering the E Source Utility Marketing Strategy Assessment. A new version of the Utility Marketing Survey, the assessment will help utilities determine their marketing maturity, compare their marketing maturity to peers across the industry, and set a plan for improvement.
