Join us to learn how to optimize customer eligibility, qualification, and verification strategies to encourage enrollment in your low- and moderate-income (LMI) programs. We’ll share our research on how administrators of demand-side management, bill discount, and other assistance programs for LMI customers are setting eligibility requirements, qualifying, and verifying customers for participation. You’ll have an opportunity to share your challenges and successes around using these strategies to boost enrollment in income-qualified programs.
