Rachel Reiss Buckley has followed the rise of smart technologies as they have grown to enable customer-centric demand response, energy efficiency, electrification, and distributed energy resources. She has also followed the evolution of demand-side management (DSM) departments as they transition into customer energy solutions teams. Today, as a member of the E Source senior team, Rachel oversees the Customer Energy Solutions portfolio of services to position the company as an essential utility partner. She works with cross-functional teams to provide industry-leading research, data tools, industry conferences, and virtual events.

Rachel has worked at E Source since 2000 and has an MS from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BA from Colgate University.
